When you book, the entire studio is reserved for you, or for you and up to one person you choose: your partner, a friend or your training buddy. Your music, your pace, with our team there to help you get comfortable.
No strangers in the sauna, no line for the cold plunge. Sauna and cold plunge share an enclosed room, light therapy has its own room with a door, and compression and vibration are yours to enjoy with no other guests in the studio. Love & Glow adds a romantic 2½-hour date with treats for two.

Before your first visit.
Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are available Monday–Saturday, 8 AM–8 PM. Walk-ins are welcome Monday–Saturday, 10 AM–4 PM, for a $39 Single Session, subject to availability. We are closed Sundays.
What can I use a Revive Session for?
One Revive Session may be used for Multi-Wavelength Light Therapy, Infrared Sauna, Cold Plunge, or Compression Therapy. Whole Body Vibration & Grounding is available separately for $29.
Are sessions private or shared?
Private. When you book, the whole studio is reserved for you, or for you and up to one person you choose, such as your partner or a friend. No other guests share the studio during your visit. Love & Glow is our romantic date experience for two, with treats and a 2½-hour visit.
Is this medical treatment?
No. Our services support general wellness and relaxation. They are not medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.
